Track Day Xperience was founded with a simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to experience what their car can really do. Not in traffic. Not dodging potholes. On a real, professional racetrack with real coaching and real safety.
The HPDE world is full of national chains, franchise operations, and corporate-run events where you're a number on a spreadsheet. TDX is different. We're owner-operated, independent, and laser-focused on the Southeast. When you show up at a TDX event, the owner is the one shaking your hand, walking the paddock, and coaching from the passenger seat.
We don't charge membership fees. We don't pack 200 cars onto a track to hit a revenue target. We keep run groups small, coaching personal, and the experience premium — because your seat time matters more than our headcount.

Steve Fureman
Steve is a seasoned driving coach, racer, and motorsports enthusiast with 30+ years behind the wheel and extensive experience across 16+ tracks from the Northeast to the Southeast. As a PCA Certified National Coach, he has worked with numerous driving clubs, most notably Metro New York PCA.
Before launching TDX, Steve ran the Florida & Southeast franchise for one of the largest national HPDE organizations. He learned firsthand how the franchise model works — and where it falls short. Corporate overhead meant higher prices for drivers. Rigid scheduling meant less flexibility at regional tracks. And standardized formats meant less room for the personal touch that makes track days special.
Steve built TDX to do it differently. No franchise fees. No corporate middlemen. No compromises. Every dollar you pay goes directly to track rental, safety staff, coaching, and making your experience better — not to a corporate headquarters in another state.
An expert in High-Performance Driver Education (HPDE), Steve has competed with EMRA and in The Champ Car Endurance Race at Daytona. He is an MSF Level 3 Certified Instructor and MSF Level 2 training facilitator — credentials that reflect his deep commitment to driver development, not just fast laps.
